Hi Guys,
I finished up a Kingdom of Britannia Cruiser for Dystopian Wars last night.
Do you think I should use Army Painter Quick Shade to finish the model and give it more depth?
I would love some feedback from you guys.
Flames of War:
It looks like I will take an Armoured list to the Late War Tournament at AUSCON.
I am agonising over using Irish Guards from Hells Highway or a StuG Batterie from Stalin's Onslaught (78th Sturm Division).
I will update again later this week.
Happy Gaming,
Allan

Looks good to me. What colour did youi use for the wooden decking?
Hi Mate,
Thanks for that.
I used GW's Snakebite Leather on the deck. I did wash it with Devlan Mud and went back over the top with Snakebite Leather.
One of the reasons I was considering using Quickshade to save time.

Thanks for the tip. I am waiting for my Japanese ships to turn up. I have had them on order for about 6 weeks now.
The Blazing Sun models are very nice.
It's the flying Aircraft Carrier that looks like something from a Anime or Super Hero Cartoon that sold it for me.
I managed to get the lot through Phoenix Forge reasonably quickly. If only I could stop at one fleet.
I am working on some Prussians so I can at least play a game with mates.
I also took your advice and bought Disposable Heroes. Very nice rules :)
Happy Gaming,

DH is a great game. I have been slack and need to play some more.
Lovely job indeed - well done!
I've posted a pic of your cruiser and a link nack here at YIAWWS here:
